Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To enter submit your amateur sports team profile online at www.tasteforsport.com.au during the Promotional Period including a photo representation of your team and a response of 100 words or less to the following question: "Tell us why we should sponsor your team". Applicants may also submit additional material (including other photos and video) to enhance their submission. Limit of one submission per team applies. Non-winning submissions from a previous month will be automatically entered into subsequent monthly judging and may be edited by the entrant prior to the Monthly Judging Date.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reject submissions which contain unacceptable material, including but not limited to offensive, inappropriate or defamatory material or material that is in breach of any law. Photographs and comments will not be accepted if they are offensive in any way, contain any non-Lion Nathan branding or feature anyone under 18 years old. Acceptance of photographs and comments and entry into the competition is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on Monday 1 February 2010 and closes at 23.59 EST on Friday 30 April 2010 ("Promotional Period").
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the criteria set out in clause 6.
Monthly judging will take place at 12.00 EST on Tuesday 2 March 2010, Friday 2 April 2010 and Monday 3 May 2010 ("Monthly Judging Date") at Momentum Worldwide, Level 2, 26-32 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009. People's Choice: Each month, one submission will be judged the People's Choice Major Prize winner. This winner will be the submission voted the most popular by the voting public during that monthly period. The public will vote by viewing team profiles at www.tasteforsport.com.au and clicking the �vote' icon. Voting is open to all persons 18 years and over. Limit of one vote per person per day. All votes must be received by Sunday 28 February 2010, Wednesday 31 March 2010 and Friday 30 April 2010. Limit of one vote per person per day applies. People's Choice Major Prize winners will not have their submissions judged in subsequent months. Judges' Choice: The next best 30 submissions per month, as determined by the judges, will receive a Secondary Prize. These submissions will be judged on creativity and humour. Secondary Prize submissions will be judged by a panel of judges from Lion Nathan and Momentum. Secondary Prize winners will not have their submissions judged again for a Secondary Prize in subsequent months but may be judged for the People's Choice Major Prize in subsequent months.
People's Choice Major Prize consists of a HAHN SUPER DRY People's Choice Sponsorship Kit valued at RRP$6,863. People's Choice Major Prize consists of: 1 x large Sports Bag (RRP $60), 15 x personalised T-shirts (RRP $45 each), 15 x Training Bibs (RRP $15 each), 15 x Water Bottles (RRP $10 each), 2 x Water Bottle Carriers (RRP$25 each), 15 x sweat towels (RRP $15 each), 1 x set of training cones (RRP$49) and 1 x 65 Litre Evakool Cooler (RRP $429) and a $5,000 cheque. Total value of all Major Prizes RRP$20,589.
Secondary Prize consist of a HAHN SUPER DRY Sports Kit valued at RRP$1,713. Secondary Prize consists of: 1 x large Sports Bag (RRP $60), 15 x T-shirts (RRP $35 each), 15 x Training Bibs (RRP $15 each), 15 x Water Bottles (RRP $10 each), 2 x Water Bottle Carriers (RRP$25 each), 15 x sweat towels (RRP $15 each), 1 x set of training cones (RRP$49 each) and 1 x 65 Litre Evakool Cooler (RRP $429). Total value of all Secondary Prizes RRP$154,170.
Winners will be required to confirm their preferred t-shirt sizes upon confirmation that they are a winner. In addition, People's Choice winners will be required to confirm their preferred names to print on the back of their shirts. Once confirmed, and t-shirts are received by the team, they are not able to be exchanged for alternative sizes. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be notified by telephone and email.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants confirm and promise that their submission is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that the Promoter has an unrestricted, irrevocable, transferable, divisible right and licence to use and modify their entry for the purposes of the Promoter's business without the payment of any further fee or compensation. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement as a precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their entry.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies of the relevant liquor licensee including those relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, individuals must visit www.tasteforsport.com.au, and click on the �Email Mates� link. Fully complete the web entry form including your first name, last name, email address and the email addresses of up to 5 friends. Individuals will receive one entry into the draw for every friend�s email address supplied. Entrant may enter a friend�s email address once only. Maximum of five entries per person per day.
The promotion commences at 00.01 EDT on 01/02/10 and closes at 11.59 EST on 26/04/10 (�Promotional Period�).
A weekly draw will take place at 12.00 EDT on 08/02/10, 15/02/10, 22/02/10, 01/03/10, 08/03/10, 15/03/10, 22/03/10, 29/03/10, 05/04/10, 12/04/10, 19/04/10 and 26/04/10 at Holler Sydney (2-12 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, NSW). The first valid entry drawn at each draw will receive a prize.
Prize consists of a $100 Rebel Sport gift card (12 gift cards in total). Total RRP of all prizes is $1,200. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 26/07/10 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners of any second chance draw will be notified by email within 2 days of the second chance draw.
